1) Scouting Run doesn't trigger Unstable Bolt. 2) Part 2 of the FOREST OF SOULS has wrong amount of stars. (4 x empty while you can only get 3)
Scouting Run is an Attack card, not a Move card. Unstable Bolt specifically states "When you play a Move card"
It's not a blue (Move) card. It's a red (Attack) card. There're a lot of differences in how things interact with different card types.
