"Decrease by one the age of all attachments attached to target square or characters in that square." This may just be me but that sounds a bit unclear. Based on only the name i would say that it adds 1 turn to every attachment in that square and every card attached to a hero in the square. But based on the text i would be unsure but lean towards thinking it reduced them by one turn. Could it be written this way to point out they can't go past there starting duration possibly? So input please is it just me or should this card be cleaned up and/or clarified?
I think you are correct in that it adds 1 turn to whatever attachment in that square. But it really is a roundabout way of saying that and may need a more precise text to make it more obvious. How about: It increases the duration of all attachments attached to target square or characters in that square by 1. ? Never use negative to describe a positive effect and vice versa.
