Experience Point Table

I know that Character Level = Adventure Level gives 10 experience points, but how many experience points are given for higher or lower level adventures?

If you are X levels above the adventure, then you get Y experience:
X -> Y
3 -> 0
2 -> 2
1 -> 4
0 -> 10
-1 -> 15
-2 -> 20
Even lower -> Still 20
