Edit: Ignore me, I forgot how Squeamish worked and misread Arcane Aura. Double fail. Okay, bear with me here; this is really two bug reports in one. 1. Arcane Aura seems to add one to the damage for both the base Electric damage card and to the extra damage done by Spark Generator. I'll post the log below (bonus bug: I don't seem to be able to upload files to the forum) and there are two examples. A. Mighty Spark, base damage 7. +2 for Spark Generator +1 for Arcane Aura = 10 damage. Actual damage = 11.B. Spark, base damage 2. +2 for Spark Generator +1 for Arcane Aura = 5 damage. Actual damage = 6.2. This bypasses the restriction on Squeamish. I was able to kill two Gnomes with my wizard with Squeamish attached. I do not believe there were any other cards that could have affected this. I checked for Raging Strike and I'm pretty sure it wasn't in the Gnomes' hands. EDIT: I forgot that Squeamish works only off base damage, which I assume is intentional although this means it doesn't work in the same way as blocks do. Squeamish and similar things (like Lifesaving Block) only look at base damage. The extra +1 could be Vulnerable, but I don't remember if gnomes get that.
Does it? I thought that was changed just prior to release. I must be misremembering, in which case ignore part 2. Edit: Yep, you're correct. It was blocks that were changed to work off modified damage, not Squeamish. My mistake. So, is the behaviour described in 1. intentional? Edit: Ignore me, not a bug.
