When a character gets maxed for multi he has 4 yellow and 4 blue power toekns. But in single player I have a lvl 11 with 5 blue power tokens. What's up with that?
Yellow tokens can be used to equip blue token equipment as well as the more powerful yellow token items. As you level your characters in the campaign you'll end up with more blue tokens at first, then they'll be replaced by their more powerful variants.
