I tried to buy the bundle using a credit card via paypal. My crappy internet (in Thailand) disconnected in the middle of the process. I see on my bank statement that I've been charge about 1 dollar (in baht). In game I don't have the bundle. I don't care about the dollar and would just try to buy the bundle again but the button no longer appears. So now I don't have an option of buying it anymore it seems.
