Dimensional Traveller and effect order

It's difficult to keep track of the order in which attachments and terrain effects happen.

Normally it doesn't really matter, and it's great that the computer can deal with all that for you. But there are some cases where the order is important. For instance, I'd like to know if that lava has already triggered before I Dimensional Traveller onto it.

Sometimes lava and acid happen before, sometimes after. I think the following is how things work during housekeeping:
    • Each character is cycled through in turn order, then left to right
    • All of each character's effects trigger before moving on. Attachments trigger first, in order of casting, then terrain, in order of casting.
    • Attachments "belong" to a character if attached to them. But terrain effects are theirs if they cast them.
Did I get all that right?

So that means if the character who cast that lava goes before the character with Dimensional Traveller, they can't use it to get away. But if it's your lava, or the caster goes after you, you'll be fine.

It's hard enough to keep track of which characters have gone, but I also have to remember who's lava it is?

I've got a couple ideas to help with this:
    1. Add a visual marker to show which effects (both terrain and attachments) have triggered already.
    2. Change it so that all terrain effects happen after all attachments. Or, if we want order of play to be important here, process all of one player's attachments, then their terrain, then the other side.
