Heard some grumbling about this adventure when the Loot Fairy was hanging out there, so here's my build for showing those geomancers what's what. Pretty simple -- lots of movement, and some Elvish Scamper. Warriors aren't identical solely for variety's sake.

I'm sure this isn't the fastest way to clear these levels, but I've never come close to having trouble with this build.

One change I think I will make next time -- add some Mass Frenzy. It sucks to have a hand full of Weak Chop and Bludgeon, and I can (usually) avoid winding up on lava with all the movement here.

This is my variation of Scarponi's Vamp build for Descent to the Core. I switched to Sticky Slippers because I had so much movement it interfered with drawing attacks. AotA's Superb Evasion really helps make short work of geomancers. I went with vamps over warriors because, um, I just like vamps.

Three elf wizards, three robes of hovering, three pairs of boots with two Reliable Mail each, and as much Firestorm as possible. When you're hunting the loot fairy, you may as well have fun with it.

I lost five times though, and only made 18 gold from selling off the duplicates in the chests. Woo, 3 gold net profit?

2 x elf vamps, 1 x elf fighter, lots of cleansing + scamper, swap shields to suit each level (1 = Magnetic Shield, 2 = Parrying Buckler, 3 = Shield Of The Frog). Guess you could always swap out the shoes as well, maybe drop a token from somewhere and add some Rhood's Boots on everyone for the second and third levels. But this party is rarely in any danger.
