At the point where you can recruit your second character, Gary told me to visit the shop for a new shield and then go to the tavern. Well, being contrary, I recruited my dwarf wizard first and stopped by Axes and Things afterward. As soon as the shop screen opened, Gary started talking about "I didn't tell you before, this card is the default move," etc. Only I saw nothing to indicate what card he's talking about, and discussing draws and rounds in the store made little sense. Since it had nothing to do with procuring equipment, it was very confusing even though I had foreknowledge about this piece of the game. I have to think it wasn't supposed to trigger there. No other tutorials have been off timing, so far as I could tell.
