   Vesuvius Kobold

   I was in a game about 10 minutes ago (8/30/14 12pm) versus Germanicus.
   
   I shot a Deadly Spark at two of his characters, one had no block, and one had stuck arrow- which failed.
   
   Only one of them was hit however. The other took no damage (no armor either).
   
   Looking in the battle log it said "Aloyzo [my mage] shoots (missing actors)"
