Custom scenario banner bug

    Reproducible and consistent

    a) Login, go to Multiplayer, click 'Create casual game', click 'custom'...go thru Gary's prompts, click cancel while still in custom scenario interface.
    b) click 'Create casual game' again. The banner on top will now show 'Setup Custom Scenario' instead of 'Choose Board'
