Comes Monday (or Tuesday) and the chest opening begins!

Tomorrow the expansion will be released, that means that the chests that many players have been saving will be open (also I am going to guess that since there are no new leagues scheduled for any time soon that there will be new leagues for EttSC). I made this thread for people to post how many chests they have and what new items they get from those chests. I currently have 224 Magnificent Chests and 71 Epic chests, and hope to get some great items! (tomorrow)

 

i stopped once i had reached a round number that will keep me busy for 20 minutes or so.
Just 15 Purple, 85 Mag Chests. I will edit in a quick review how much (gold, playworthy items) I got out of it once the great opening has passed.

Allright, got 72 Citadel items out of those chests, among them only 6 epics and 1 legendary.
Sold anything else and made roughly 2000g.

 

Eh, leagues never match up with my schedule... only got 15 purples and 40 golds. Hopefully there'll be at least something new in them. >_<

 

I've only stockpiled Magnificent chests - I will have 369 to open tomorrow. I opened the few Epic chests I did manage to collect.

 

15 mag chests, and 6 purples. I only started stockpiling a few days ago, it amuses me that I have 5$ worth of mags and 5$ worth fo epics

 

13 mag n 1 epic....i hope i get 1 gun! den it will b 1 gun, 2 priests loaded with nimbus

 

118 mag and 28 purples, and as an anxious person, it has been very difficult to not open those =p I envy your numbers @BlackVoidDeath

Haha, I wish! If they were all Citadel chests I'd have a chance, but since they are general chests I'll get a ton of Base/AotA Set items I already have and then only a number of new items. I expect I'll end up with close to 100% of commons, uncommons and rares, but by my math, I calculate pulling only about 30 new EttSC epics and 12 new EttSC legendaries (which granted, isn't too shabby ).

I don't have the epics/legends I want from basic/AotA, I still really want 4 more St Ulrich's Bones

 

Speaking of, I did say that there are no leagues scheduled, so maybe there will be EttSC exclusive chests?

Yes, just like Artifact chests.
New Citadel leagues will be scheduled starting tomorrow.
Everyone will hate them

 

Will the fee/prizeset be the same?

 

Why? Will the sign-up be harder? Will the wait for the 3 chests be longer?

 

Because people have strong feelings about leagues.

Pods & structure will be the same as usual, but with citadel chests.

 

So after opening 369 Magnificent Chests, here's my results:

91 Epics, 62 kept, 29 sold
13 Legendaries, 11 kept, 2 sold

Sadly no EttSc legendaries but picked up 11 epics (10 unique) and 35 rares (22 unique), so pretty happy.
