If you cast Cleansing Presence while enemies are standing next to you (but not facing you), the enemies will turn to face you as though you had just played an Attack. Of course, you had not. However, if you cast Cleansing Burst onto some enemies (who are not facing you), the enemies will do nothing. Neither of these cards does a thing to enemies; just to terrain. Thus I suspect that Cleansing Presence is slightly bugged and should behave more like Cleansing Burst. Edit: Just tested, and not only do the enemies "look at you funny" but they also trigger their Blocks. They think it's an Attack.
