Over the last few days i have had several times where when i play Chop, i only get to choose one target for it. After choosing the first one it activates, and only attacks that one. Maximum number of targets i remember is three. And when chosing targets all valid ones are highlighted.
I am not sure it happens 100% of the time though.

I Include the last part of the log since it shows Battle warnings, which i thought might be errors that could be important?

BATTLE LOG: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=The active player is now Mystral
    BATTLE LOG: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=Player,Mystral,Event,PlayAction,Action,Chop
BATTLE LOG: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=Zomboni took 5 damage
BATTLE LOG: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=The active player is now Gary
BATTLE LOG: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=Player,Gary,Event,PlayAction,Action,Zombie Mob
    BATTLE LOG: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=Player,Mystral,Actor,Halaeborn,Event,Move,Origin,(6, 7),StartFacing,(-1, 0),Destination,(7, 7),EndFacing,(-1, 0)
BATTLE WARNING: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=Invalid action: Zombie Mob, played by Zombies1 - too few target actors (0/1)
BATTLE WARNING: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=Invalid action: Zombie Mob, played by Zombies1 - too few target actors (0/1)
BATTLE LOG: Battle=Tomb of Tvericus,Scenario=Graveyard,Msg=The active player is now Mystral

Edit: In the same battle the next three chops worked like normal. That's why i did not post this earlier, it's does not happen very often and i thought i might be missing something whenever i saw this. But this last time i was sure it should target two zombies.

I saw this once and while I'm not sure if this information is the reason why it didn't work but one of the mobs was directly behind me and the other directly in front of me any idea if it was the same for you?

One was at my left and down side, and one on the right and up side, in this case. But i remember another one that had slightly different placing. Both were a situation in which i could only face one enemy, and have the other one at my side or back though. So maybe the way you face does have something to do with it.

Yeah pretty sure it's facing. You can target the first in any direction, but to target two that are in front and behind you, you need to turn before you play the card, so both are in your block zone. IE: If you've got one on each side of you, you can hit both, if one is in front, and one behind, you can't. I'd consider it a bug.

If V is you, and the point/bottom is the way you face:
    OVO lets you target both.
    O
    V
O doesn't let you target both.

iirc, attack cards that hit multiple targets only work for targets in front of you....can't remember who said that...was it Gary ? In any case, it would foul up the facing direction if the game does not record the order of your picks, so I'm guessing its intentional.

Well the game has to remember the order you picked them in i believe since it first attacks the first chosen enemy if i'm not mistaken. But i can imagine changing facing up to twice in one attack might be considered a bit to much.

If it is intentional it might be nice to have it explained on the card, since at least to me it does not feel intuitive. But maybe that's just me.
And it could indeed very well be that Gary explained it and i forgot.

Yes, this is it - you can target two enemies but they both have to be in front of you. We've got a task logged to change this since it isn't very intuitive or interesting.
