Hi, I (psyHaze in game) disconnected while opening an epic chest (quickdraw reward) toady 7/11/2016 23.4x GMT+1 (just in case you have a log, I doubt =D) when I reconnected the chest wasn't there anymore and I didn't get the items. I could spot a shining pair of Warewolf boots. Even if nothing can be done maybe this is helpful for you. Have a nice day
The chest rewards should be in your inventory. Try searching with a keyword: "werewolf" etc. If you're sure that the items aren't there, email support@cardhunter.com and explain the situation. That's the quickest way to get things like this sorted out.
solved. Today I earned some more chest from a tournament, there was an additional chest, the one lost yesterday
