I was using the browser version yesterday and things seemed to be working fine. Then I loaded up the Steam client to try it out (I was still logged into the browser, but got logged out automatically). Once in the steam client I couldn't post messages into the World Chat or during a match to the opponent. I could still send private messages to players though. Loaded the browser version back up and chat was working fine everywhere again. Haven't tried the Steam client again since though. Sorry didn't think of pressing F1 when this occurred last night.
