I suggest that Slowed show be a trait that encumbers 1 with a duration of 2. Currently the card doesn't do much more than be a dead card most of the time. With this it would slow the characters movement like the name implies.
The card used to stay in your hand and encumber you until you were able to discard it. I'm told Jon wanted it to be a very minor handicap, so changed it to the current version. It now works as a move card if you have any movement buffs, which I reported as a bug and was told it was working properly. I've gotten used to it, and like it as it is now. A minor inconvenience that can occasionally get you killed if it shows up in a really ugly circumstance.
Advanced Flexibility, Staff Of Chask, Command, and Jumpdragger Boots would become very powerful items with that change. Given the way it's itemized, I think turning it into a trait would buff a bunch of items that really don't need a buff. I think humans need a bit of a boost, but I feel as though buffing those human items would just help the support priest (which is already powerful) more than anyone else.
Or we could make duration 3 but it doesn't really do what it says. The trade off is that you actually get slowed but you draw a card.
As said above, making it a trait would be a huge buff. It being playable still bewilders me from a flavor standpoint, but it feels right from a balance perspective, as @Sir Veza said.
