Anyone got tips for this one? I'm down to my last few 1hp quests to clear and this one is giving me trouble. The first two maps are easy, but Battle on the Bridge is killing me. Any tips? I don't have volcano, so I'm mostly interested in other means. I've been trying with a nimbus/block priest, firestorm lv4, and smoke/waller.
I went with smoke/wall, counterspell and short perplexing ray on the mage, lots of nimbuses on the priest. I didn't use firestorm at all. Killed the warrior then the priest in the smoke with the nimbused warrior.
Three mages, all with frosty staves, runestones, and items with counterspell on them. Counterspell the mage as soon as they get in range then everyone focuses on it to hopefully kill it in the first turn. After that with all your frost/winds effect the other two will be a piece of cake.
I can't even remember how I did this - I think it was with as many Lifesaving Blocks and Impenetrable Nimbuses as I could throw on my Warrior, and he just waltzed in and smacked everyone in the face. Hard.
I followed someone's advice from somewhere and went with a nimbus/block priest, smoke wiz, and berserk warrior. Popped smoke, nimbused warrior, warrior killed stuff. I had him loaded with 7+ damage attacks and lunges from other equipment. Done.
