so this is my first post on the forums, don't if the devs still are working on the game either way, There's a bug in-game and menus, When right clicking to zoom in and read the card effect, you need to click multiple times for it to open. TL;DR: I need to right click a billion times to read card text. Happening with some other users aswell, I seen complains about this issue on steam reviews.
Not a fix, but as a work around, try hitting the space bar when hovering over the card, or scrolling the mouse wheel.
