Hi, can someone help me understand Surging Shield Block I don't understand the movement part with the shield part!? Does it mean it can be use as a movement card as many time as i want as long as it's not used to block? Thanks,
You can either play it as a move card - actively, so it's used to move and then discarded (no keep on moves), or have it work as a block (passively).

Be advised that there are a LOT OF CARDS with two uses like this. There are some cards, like Arcane Curse, that will hurt you . . . but you can also play them and be quit of the things. In short: if you see two boxes, you should pretend that you literally have two cards in front of you. Then, if you use "one" of those "two" in such a way that it would get discarded, poof goes the whole thing.
