from last year，i can not login the game,the page stop at Checking server status forever... last day,i download the game in STEAM,but when i opened the game ,the game screen was all black.
Hey sbowhander, "Checking server status" can stay black for some time, especially if you have slow Internet. Otherwise, If you tried basic troubleshooting like reboot pc, are you able to play other games on steam? If not, try reinstalling steam. Let me know how this goes
other steam games are working well... i think the Checking server status is about my internet problem T .T BTW,steam shop said XP is ok for game,why then XP is out???
I've played CH on XP, but not recently. On dial-up, even. AFAIK it should still work. If it continues to be a problem, e-mail support@cardhunter.com.
No, XP doesn't work because of something with AIR. We've updated our system reqs for the Steam client. XP should be able to play via web client though.
