   Now I realize this card isn't quite finished yet(greyed out), but still.
   
   It does modify the afflicted character's attacks, but not in the same way / as much as it says on the card.
   
   Instead of doing 4 extra damage, it does 1 extra damage. It does not add a burning effect.

   I think you're talking about fiery fists. If it's not implemented yet (greyed out) you should ignore it.
