Bug with attached cards that give encumberance and enemy groups of more than one.

If there's more than one enemy in an enemy group, and you hit one of them for example a cold snap, which is 2 turns of encumber 2, but the others in the group are not hit, then when Gary plays a move card, he can either play it on the encumbered mob, which means the entire groups movement is slowed, or much more frequently, he'll play it on another member of the group, and the encumbered mob gets FULL movement.

TL;DR: Gary can ignore encumberance on mobs in a group unless all members of the group are encumbered. There needs to be individual checking of encumberance for every member of the group, even if this means a rework of the whole group movement system.

Yeah, Jon has been saying for awhile now that things that affect movement are a little funny. The conversation got really involved over here. I personally noticed it when doing the equivalent to "mob movement" for the player: Shift, Team! and the like, which you can just play from a character who isn't Encumbered and avoid all the penalties.
