Opponent used a melee touch attack on me earlier - invigorating touch, which was successfully dodged by my hard to pin blocking the attack. Talented Healer then triggered, healing my opponent and functioning as a cantrip, AND allowing his cantrip ability to take priority over my hard to pin proc. Is this intended for attack/heal cards to still function even on misses and trigger talented healer?
