I recall this card not being implemented or removed - as Ben said it wasn't fun. I belive I just saw a Pygmy discard it on death, he had 2 unrevealed cards on hand on death - and he didn't play any attacks before passing several times. I guess the card's still there, but not functional - bloating their decks?
I can confirm it's still in there after doing some of the quests last night and paying more attention to the combat log. Not really a major issue, however!
