What it says in the title. Going between multiplayer and campaign, the chest overlay is remaining in the state it had prior to entering multiplayer. Repro: enter MP, win matches until the next chest is different to the one shown before you entered MP. Return to Campaign. Chest will not have updated. closing browser (or tab) and re-opening fixes - looks like it's not performing the multiplayer win count check every time you return to campaign mode.
