[Bug] Firestarter not adding the bonus

I have been replaying the adventures just for fun, and I an using a Dwarf Fire Mage.
I have been noticing that Firestarter is not giving its +2 fire damage bonus.

The bonus applies to Burning damage, not the initial attack damage.
