Sorry if this was mentioned already... Enchanted Harness says it is 'Armor 2, Keep' along with the ability to increase Armor Rolls by 2. Right now, it increases the Armor Rolls by 2 but only reduces damage by 1. So it is acting like Armor 1 rather than Armor 2.
