If you are attacked at range 4 or more and manage to Dodge into Defensiveness range of the caster, Defensiveness will trigger and potentially cancel the attack. It usually works in reverse right? First Defensiveness, and then if it works Dodge. An interesting bug. I'm sure it's been noted before though.
Another case. In this one, the point of contention is in the trigger order. Should Defensiveness trigger first or dodge ? Melvelous shoots Borndanngwe with a powerful spark Dodge triggered move for Borndanngwe. Borndanngwe moved. Defensiveness failed! Leather Harness reduced damage to Borndanngwe by 1. Chain Harness reduced damage to Borndanngwe by 2. Borndanngwe took 0 Electrical damage.
