some of the trait buffs dont activate every time a card is played while they are attached. ie when spark gen is on my elf mage is doesn't always buff my electric spells. also if a trait is attached to my dwarf fighter and i add frenzy to him the trait doesn't activate every time i use a melee attack.
Got any specific examples? Sometimes the Electrical one comes from a misunderstanding (i.e., you actually played a non-Electrical spell), but the Frenzy one is particularly worrisome. This would be helpful (from the how to report bugs thread):
i used penetrating cut with impaler attached to my dwarf fighter after i cast frenzy on him and it only used the impaler even though the goblin hulk had 15 health left.
Alright, that could be a problem. Next down the list of possible explanations: were there a lot of attachments on this Warrior? Could the frenzy have been bumped off the list by some curses (or other attachments) before you used the Penetrating Cut? And of course do try to get more information if you see the problem happen again, too.
