If we ever do another summer rebalance I wonder whether anyone would consider changing Block? Since Lucky Charm and Battleaxe Block are strict upgrades only limited by their itemization, what about updating block such that it only blocks attacks? The main drawback would be that it wouldn't block walpurgis or telekinesis. But my suggestion would improve Block so that it wouldn't be tossed away on minor heal block checks.
