Blocking enemy Elf Mobility

I don't know if it's intended, but I think a "buff" of sorts shouldn't be blocked. Elf Mobility played by opponent is blocked by Shield Block.

 

Block cards trigger for every enemy cards targeting your characters, even buff.

 

The way I like to see it is you see the enemy casting something, you pull up your shield hoping that it will block the ability. Oh, it's a buff, but you still blocked it with your shield... bugger.
