Never happened before and its spurious. I've seen it on Impaler and Spark Generator, a white halo surrounding the edges of the card that just keep blinking at the base of my char's cutout. Haven't been able to repro it consistently but observed maybe 30% of the time.
I've seen this happen with Altruism, I think. The card triggers, pops up to the screen, gets a glowing aura while in "big" form, and then keeps glowing when it's gone back to "small" form attached to the character.
