All of the items I have seen have shown their 'Attack' cards before the 'Devine' ones, i.e. all of the Bashes before the Heals, etc. Blessed Club does the reverse:
This is different from weapon to weapon later on i have ones that go buff attack heal buff attack attack as long as two of the same card aren't spread out over the item i would say don't worry about it. Also could it be they are sorted by quality just a guess based on that item.
