hello! i have a question - before OBT this wonderful game, I buy pre-order in which it promised to be Basic Edition and two unique skins. Skins eventually I got, but I can buy it one more time and that annoys me. You can fix this? Thanks in advance
Accounts were reset when the game released. I think they talked about allowing pre-orders of Basic Edition, but then decided it wouldn't work or be fair to players who already bought figures. The fact you have both beta figures means you spent at least $50 on pizza during beta. So... You spent money during beta, so you should have all 9 Basic Edition figures (one is visible in your screenshot, check the other 8). Treasure Hunts and Club Memberships were reset, so you shouldn't have those. All pizza purchased was returned to your account, so you should have more than enough to manually buy the treasure hunts and membership. Looking at old screenshots, it looks like you should have at least 1800 pizza right now (unless you spent some after release).
after pre-order, I had to give two unique skins, Basic Edition and pizza. in the end I got two unique skins, 8 normal skins, Basic Edition and pizza, which I bought all the treasure hunts. it turns out that the set of Basic Editiont was not acquired until the end and still available for purchase, think its a bug. If I buy it, only to get some pizza as everything else is already open. Then close the opportunity to buy it, otherwise it's wrong.
Okay it sounds like you have everything you should. You might make a suggestion that the bundles somehow show which parts are already owned.
