The window in the top left does cutesy flavor text versions of the cards. I do not believe this example is a bug.
Correct, although we're considering nerfing this feature since it causes confusion. What do you think?
I like it as long as the blue text bits are the skills name, or the skills name simply follows the flavor text, i.e. 'misfortune' wouldnt be a card link but Bad Luck would be after it.
