So I was just in a multiplayer match where my opponent was granted victory points every round of the match, even though he shouldn't have. The first round we both had a character on victory squares, but it gave him a point instead of it being contested, and every other round I had 2-3 characters on squares compared to his 1, and yet it gave him a victory point every round. Screenshot of turn 2 Screenshot of later turn with room # chat log (in case that number helps you check the logs)
I encountered this while fighting the devs, so they now know about it. Only the bottom victory square actually exists, while the other three are labeled "open." Thus, whomever controls it gets the victory points.
Exactly. Right-click on the top three, and it says "open." Right-click on the bottom one, and you get the, ahem, buggy pop-up that you see normally on victory squares. (Victory square text is currently empty.)
As long as there is a way to tell the map it self is playable at least so that's good also if you are around I'm up for a match before bed ... using my cells 3g net which is pathetic but somehow better then what i used before
