So that Arrogant armor, out of 11 triggers, successfully blocked damage 9 times, including the first 8 attacks in a row. If I didn't know better... I'd be superstitious right about now!
I've had a game where I failed 4 parries in a row with no debuffs. One thing to remember while playing CH is that the RNG hates you.
If there were none of this series, the rng would not be rng. The problem is, we as humans expect a series of 50% to go like 01010101010101010101010101010101, may be sometime 001011. But that is certainly not random. If you have a series of numbers created by a human and a computer, most of the times you can easily tell which one was generated by a human.
To be honest over all my time playing Card Hunter i'v had very good luck with RNG, there have been those "off days" but most of the time I get lucky.
Well said Obernoob, but ... overall, chaos (true random) is not a good thing. Humans would like some karma to save us from the cold dice. Some code lines as these: if a player had already lost more than twice times the amount of a normal distribution, then he auto-succed next roll... or the odds could adjust every roll... otherwise... *edit: Nevermind. Please just make sure the RNG is working as intended, cause in my experience, the Randomize function sometimes sincronize with the internal clock and long sequences become more often than they should
