I mean, it lasted TWO WHOLE WEEKS in this meta; which is much longer than any of those flimsy Bejeweled Shortsword, weak buffed burst wizard, or unstable 2 Elf Warrior / 1 Human Priests builds last. How awesome is that? Obviously.
That just means you can move onto the next battle even more quickly after Elven Maneuvers or a Savage Curse is unleashed. Quantity over quality. That's the wizard motto these days.
Just shows how expoitable the mechanic behind squeamish is. Brain burns flavour is right, you get a supercharged (a.k.a deck compressed) wiz who overloads at times. Why Jackrabbit boots, the ohter no token healing dash ones seem more fitting. Or even more glimmer boots.
Goat Boots seem to fit perfectly, since you dont have many attachments. Otherwise a nice build. Would be interesting to see whether this or the burft build does better. Or if it would work better with one of the priests being a control wizard.
This build does not do well. I was being sarcastic....except for the part where you can be reassured that you'll be onto your next battle soon after Elven Maneuvers and/or a Savage Curse shows up. That part was true. Legendary staves: not so helpful when facing; warriors, priests, or other wizards.
And even if someone didn't catch that, it is hard to miss the "weak buffed burst wizard" and the "unstable 2 elf warrior/ 1 human priest builds" comments
Thats the thing with gulo and likeminded people (like me), our comments about burst or maneuver are often infused by that baselevel annoyance with those elements, they are a deficit that has PvP in its claws and overstayed its welcome. So those statements are far from a tell-tale sign that everything following is satire, let alone someone would opening an entire thread for a few quips. I welcome any condemnation of maneuvers / cautious mobility, i would more so if the complain wasn't coy and accompanied by nervous laughter. Just cards on the table, nerf it, adjust elvish maneuvers, nerf cautious mobility. Then we shall look at burst.
