Account help please :)

    Hello, yesterday I requested to have my "Woobar" and "Kulls" accounts reset so I could start the game over. I received an email very fast asking if I wanted both reset/deleted. I agreed to this. When I log onto Card Hunter via Steam, my Accounts are still there and at the same level where I left them. Do I need to do something else or are they just not reset yet? Is so, is there any way to get that done so I can go back to the 5 empty slots on the game. Much appreciate any assistance an admin can give. :)
