It seems that when Accelerate Time is cast, the debuffs applied by Irradiated Terrain are given 1 round duration more than normal. This made Trip last 2 rounds and Combustible last a whopping 4. I was wondering if this was an intended feature or not. In the same game, I witnessed Irradiated Terrain applying handicaps both by Accelerate Time and by the end of the round. The handicaps applied at the end of the round had their normal duration attached. Credits to @Robauke for noticing this first.
Since attachment durations are decremented in the turn phase after radiated terrain applies them, making them last one turn longer than usual is probably a work-around used to get them to appear to last for the standard duration under 'normal' circumstances. Accelerate Time, however, creates some unusual circumstances in this regard. Unfortunately, I don't see a simple way to fix that without giving radiated terrain special behavior when triggered by Accelerate Time.
