Forgive me if this is explained earlier in the thread. I skimmed the first ten pages or so and didn't see an answer to my questions. Would someone please confirm that I'm correctly understanding the short-hand being used here? You're all listing the types of items you're getting from the fairy, so in Kalin's latest post he got: UURRtEE(R) So that's: Uncommon, Uncommon, Rare, Rare, Treasure, Epic, Epic and Rare (do the parentheses around the last Rare signify anything?) Is that correct? And why are there two maps listed? Roaches and Chronak? I thought the fair was only in one place per reset?
Welcome to the sub-subcult(ure) of reporting Loot Fairy findings, @DirtWolf! You're pretty close. UURRtEE(R) means Uncommon, Uncommon, Rare, Rare_treasure, Epic, Epic + Rare in the club slot. Some players use lowercase letter for the club slot item in parenthesis, if they don't have club membership. Et would be Epic treasure and Lt Legendary Treasure. Usually we have a habit to record any Epic and Legendary items we get by item name also, hence the actual item links after the UURRtEE(R) string. Loot Fairy moves around every 25 hours, so it's possible to visit the same place two times. For example to hit Chronak twice you first need to do it between Aug 21st 18:00 - 24:00 UTC (or later if you just have the game open before the adventures reset in 00:00 UTC) and then reload browser / restart client after 00:00 and hit Chronak again between Aug 22nd 00:00 - 19:00 UTC after you've reloaded and adventures have been unexhausted. Running the the Loot Fairy adventure twice is called double-dipping. Regulars in this thread usually post two runs in the same post. Some pair the same adventure runs together, while Kalin for example pairs the last of the previous and first of the current runs together.
Now that I've learned the ways of the sub-cult(ure), I figured I should post my Loot Fairy findings! Not sure if I'll get around to a second run on Chronak, but here are my first run findings: Chronak #1: UUUtCCCUtRtRE(E) Ztoli Idol, Bloody Shield I'm new to the game, so I'm still leveling up my SP characters as I go along and was only at level 9 when I played this adventure (and it was my first time playing it) with a 1-1-1 build consisting of Human Warrior, Dwarf Wizard and Elf Priest. I assume this is why I received 3, 3 and 5 items as I progressed through the level? It's my understanding that when you return to lower levels as a higher level player, you get less loot, correct? At any rate, pretty disappointing! Three common items and three pieces of treasure? Boooo!
No, that's how many items you get if you're a club member. Replaying a lower level adventure doesn't give less loot. But some adventures (including all treasure hunts) have a guaranteed item you get the first time you beat it. Also, our reports only show the final chest, since the loot fairy doesn't boost the earlier ones. (The reason many of us are showing 6+1 items in our reports is because we're getting +2 Rares for being in a co-op team.)
CoC URRRRRt(Rt) Every time I see the Loot Fairy pop up its like seeing Flaxative appear and give me extra loot (which i know will never happen)
