What is the purpose of this 300+ page thread? I skimmed the first page or so, and that seems to be about something completely different from what has been going on recently.

 

We are worshiping at the altar of the Loot Fairy. We placate the magical creature by documenting our encounters with its Most Kind Benevolence. It's a ritual of long antecedence. We dare not abandon it now.
