[Question/Feedback] Why the hell is Raging Strike a bronze quality card?

Everybody seems to agree that Raging Strike is a terrible card. As long as it remains in your hand, you take 3 extra damage from any source - be it a 'Burning 1' effect, a Traveling Curse, a Charge for one tile, any kind of tile damage (acid/lava/spikes/laser), or just a general weak attack (like the weaker step attacks). It's impossible to get rid of unless you manage to get in range 1 of an enemy (or are willing to waste time and cards to deal one of your allies 7 damage), and naturally your opponent will ensure that does not happen (as the card is revealed the first time you take damage after drawing it).

The benefit of all this? 2 more damage than Able Bludgeon. (Notably, Able Bludgeon actually deals more damage if the victim has Raging Strike in hand.) So why is Able Bludgeon a paper card while Raging Strike, which really feels like a black quality card (it's more devastating than Vulnerable, generally has longer duration and wastes a draw in addition to all of this), a freaking Bronze Quality card??

Due to its quality, an item like Axe Of The Dark Soul needs to be weighed down with two Weak Chops while STILL costing a major and a minor token. I am currently using it due to lack of alternatives (I don't have many items), but it's literally killing me - why do I have to spend a major and a minor token for three dead cards of which one is a huge disadvantage?

Because the other three are super duper good? Axe of the Dark Soul is an incredibly good item despite these 'three dead cards' ...

I don't know, it did seem really good when I equipped it. But as I played with it I noticed more and more that it's way too disadvantageous in practice, at least on a non-combat (Dwarf) Priest.
