This morning I noticed that my single player campaign party is gone. Everything was fine last night and this morning my party is gone. what should i do.

i have my gear not the items that are on the party that is gone. I did not delete my level 8 hero's they just vanished this morning. i cant revive them. my multiplayer party is still there it is just my single player campaign that is gone.
Is it on your inactive clipboard? This would be to the left in your keep (you can drag the screen or just press the left arrow next to the exit button). If not, email support as Flaxative said.
