Reminder: try to be in the multiplayer lobby a few minutes ahead of your match. Look for your opponent and your referee. If you're 5 or more minutes late, you start forfeiting games! I recommend for the purposes of sideboarding that you all store your peasant builds for quick retrieval, as you'll only have 4 minutes between games to make any gear changes.

Maps will be struck & selected for a given match at the time of the match.

Thank you all for your cooperation, with luck we'll be done with this round in only one day and ready to move on quickly thereafter.

 

Make sure to download the maps we're using for the tournament—they're packaged here as scenarios, with drawLimit and 10-minute timer. You'll be using these to invite your opponents to matches throughout the duration of the event.

 

Interesting you have to manually apply the drawLimit tag.

 

I thought matches didn't start until 6/12? (In the post it says finalize Round 1 schedule by 6/11 so I assumed Round 1 wouldn't be until after then) I'll be on a plane during my scheduled time, but will be free any time afterwards.

 

Flax did mention that, if possible, we will try to be ahead of schedule. Sounds like a re-schedule is needed in your case which I assume is fine.

 

I've moved your match to about the same time on the next day (1 UTC on Friday 6/12). Thanks for the early heads up, hope the new time works for you.

@Flaxative @RedNebula I am sorry for the late notice and I understand if it is not possible. But, can we move the to a earlier time? I have to be some where at 00:00 Friday UTC. Ideally we would start at 22:15 Thursday UTC. Or, I can try to play during work both Thursday and Friday 13:00 - 22:00 UTC. If we can not adjust the time I will at least be there for the first game. Thanks guys.
