Rate my Randimar's Rarities

Do I need my first Asmod's Telekinetic Chain? Ozone Plates and a second Shieldripper are a pass. Considering a third The Strongarm. Xemu's Staff? In the words of Lisa Simpson, m-e-h, meh!

I'd definitely get Asmod's if it came up.

For me, the legendaries this week are pretty poor. The only good one is Skull Of Savage Iljin, and I have two of those already. The others include Demigod's Hammer, Glasod's Dark Eye, Mindless Aggression... (is Randimar trying to tell me to use Controlled Overswing and Soothing Darkness?)

There are a few good epics: Angry Jack's Helmet, Nimbus Blade, Staff Of The Fire God. But I already have two of each of those - so I don't think I'll buy anything this week.

but since you have 2 Strongarms already you will have to decide by yourself - personally i would because of SP and you never know when you may need a strong tokenless weapon (and the fact that i have a LOT of gold)

I dont think you need more than 2 of those Skulls

And depending on if you use fireball decks

@BlackVoidDeath, all of those look pretty good. I don't think any are must-have items, but I can think of uses for each of them.

I can usually only afford 1 legendary per week; so if I had that set of items for say I'd immediately rule out the staff, just because I already have similar staves (such as Barnum's Staff and Staff Of Embers). The Sundering Strike items are kind of cool... but I'd probably go with either Bern's Untouchable Mail or General Gideon's Helm - just because they are a bit unique. I'd pick one of those so that I could create new types of builds rather than just marginally improve builds I already have. I wouldn't say they are really powerful items; but they look like fun. I'm not sure which I'd pick if I had to narrow it down to one; but I'm leaning towards Bern's.

 

I'm with @karadoc, pick the Telekinetic Chain if you're going to buy anything. Shieldripper can be good in Triple Duel or Chess Madness, but I prefer Riptide.

Third Strongarm is probably overkill, especially if you're short on gold. Xemu's Staff might be good on low level SP, but I wouldn't pay gold for it.

I'm not sure anyone needs those, except for getting 100 % collection.

Again, I echo what karadoc said. If you don't have any alternative burn staves, Staff of Million Embers would be my first pick. Sundersong might be good against Blizkenripper. Bern's and Gideon's are unique and nice (but not must) to have, if you want to build around them.

My legendary selection is rather poor too: Arcade's Amber Amulet, Dangerous Club, St. Malaj's Cuirass, St. Sebanna's Armor, Xander's Mail, so I'm going to keep my treasury closed.

 

I've got that and Massive Harm in my Randi, and one or both were there last week too.

The only thing I'm tempted by is Avakiria's Cup, which I'll probably buy if nothing better shows up in DD this week.

 

If Daily Deal doesn't give anything spectacular the whole week, I might buy one legendary from Randi's. I don't think upgrading my Bimson's Water Stone to Twizel's Water Talisman is that noticeable, compared to buying my first Heartripper or Perrio's Kinetic Robes.

So Heartripper for Lair of the Blizkenripper and maybe some MP builds or Perrio's Kinetic Robes for some leagues and ultimate jedi mind trickery?

None of those really catch my fancy - but I'd probably pick Heartripper if I had to choose between them. Perrio's Kinetic Robes is good - but I feel like I've got an endless selection of good robes anyway. Whereas Heartripper is a bit more different...

My item selection is a bit stronger this week than the last couple of weeks. Here are a few items that interest me:

• Phantom Pain
• Bertha's Big Clogs (which incidentally is in today's daily deal as well)
• Cintxotl Mail
• Godtouched Mace
• Garalem's Boots

Phantom Pain and the clogs are the main things I'm looking at.

I don't mind the look of the mace, I don't think I'm rich enough to buy it. Garalem's boots are pretty good, I'd probably still pick Mouse Boots in most builds anyway. So I don't intend to buy those.. but the other three items are potential purchases for me.

Any recommendations?

 

Good choice, the Clogs are great, especially for FS farming teams and Phantom Pain comes in very handy when you have more of them, so get all you can.

Don´t bother with the Mace, the Healing Hand Mace has a bit less range but a lot more damage.

 

@Pawndawan: I'd get the Heartripper. Powerful and unique!

@karadoc: Cintxotl Mail is one of the best general-purpose Divine Armors. Of the five on your list, I think this is the highest priority, then Phantom Pain, then Bertha's Big Clogs.

 

I've had no internet access for the last 5 days (wider network issue which ISP has finally fixed) so I don't know what I've missed in Daily Deal recently - However in Randimar's I have two items I definitely want to get The Lunginator and Asmod's Telekinetic Chain. Seeing as I only have 1300 GP I better get cracking!

 

I am tempted to buy a Bern's Untouchable Mail only so i can run a Human warrior with 3 Enormous Mattock and some Lateral Thinking.

I am also looking at Deadly, Deadly Staff, I know there are mixed opinions, is this a must have staff?

 

I wouldn't call DDS a must have, but it can certainly be put to good use in the right nuild
