Unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer payment through Google Wallet for pizza and/or boxed sets (Basic Edition / Attack of the Artifacts) as Google is retiring this system. You can read more about the retirement here. We may replace Google Wallet with another payment processor, most like Amazon payments, however, we haven't reached a final decision on this yet. Google Wallet will likely be retired from the game in the next build that we publish. We can't give an exact date for this yet, but it will likely be in the next week or two, so if you use Google Wallet and intend to purchase something in game, it would be best to do so now. We apologize for any inconvenience that this will cause.
I took a look at what League of Legends has for payment options. They have traditional credit card (Discover, Master Card, Visa, American Express), PayPal, Paysafe Card, Mobile Payment, Prepaid Cards, and Subway Gift Cards. Obviously the last two might not be possible and I know you didn't want to store CC info due to potential security problems. Also, according to the in-game LoL client AT&T and T-Mobile both stopped supporting mobile payments last year. Looks like Paysafe Cards are probably your best bet then. Not sure what other people use outside of NA, but those are the most popular choices in NA. You could also look into Amazon... although I know Kickstarter just dropped them due to some problems.
Yes? They allow Subway Gift Cards to be redeemed in the game. I assume that's what you're referring to since you made it bold? Would be clearer if you snipped everything but that away...
Allopass. I think it's a french company. It allows you to receive codes via text messages. I think it's really useful for us playes of LatinAmerica since most of us can't purchase anythings with our crecit cards (in Argentina, for example there a lot of restrictions in doing so).
