Hello it's me again. This time I'm prepared. (look on printscreen! I guess I don't have to say that I couldn't even pick who I wanted to put spell on)
Melvin casts my spells on tanks on purpose!!!
bugged log is enlarged and red
also I've attatched this poor quality printscreen
gj piczasso!!! I've also deleted some of the actions in the middle of the game (message too long for the thread)

On the screenshot you attached, we can see that a smoke bomb has been launched.

    http://wiki.cardhuntria.com/wiki/Cards/Smoke_Bomb :
The line of sight is blocked for the elf and the dwarf. The only character you could have targeted is the human priest.

If you casted your spell on any other ennemy then the priest, then obviously there is a bug. Otherwise everything works just fine.

    Have a pleasant week-end.

edit: I quickly checked the logs and the problem is actualy elsewhere. You have an elf mage and she's the one who casted the frost spell. The smoke bomb has been casted after that. Please do note that the card http://wiki.cardhuntria.com/wiki/Cards/Squeamish is attached to your elf mage.

    Squeamish:
Basicly it means that as long as squeamish is attached, the character cannot kill (unless he uses a card with added damages like Touch Of Death (0 base damages but +2 for every card in target's hand)

Base damage of the cold spell: 4
Elf of the ennemy you wanted to target: 4
Dwarf is out of range therefore the only possible target was the human priest.
