There is some awkwardness surrounding the "drawback items" quests. Most obvious is the fact that there is not a single Martial Skill with a drawback in the entire game! My suggestion: For each item type, there should be at least one drawback item, preferably at least one with and one without a token. If that's impractical, there should be at least one tokenless drawback item for every slot. Current slots which are awkward to use in these quests: Martial Skill (no drawback items at all) Arcane Skill (no token ones) Divine Armor (all nontoken drawback ones are Rare+) Divine Skill (no token ones) Divine Weapon (all nontoken drawback ones are Rare+) Beyond actually just making more items, this can be accomplished by reclassifying some cards as dual-type X/handicap. Ones that specifically come to mind are: -Backbiting Strike (damages you) -Bungled Heal (heals enemies) Maybe others?
Have no fear ... you can just not equip an item for a slot if you don't have one to match and still complete the drawback quests
I know, but that seems contrary to the "hunting for cards" nature of the game. I said it was awkward, not impossible.
You need to farm a lot more cause I have plenty arcane none token skills (with a draw obvious). Same for priest stuff I got plenty.
I agree with the lack of Martial skills. It seems odd not to be able to place anything in the warrior slot, and feels like an oversight. The rest, not so bad, as they already have some items to stick there. It does lock you out from doing the handicap quests if you have a smaller collection, but that's them beans.
